A surveyor had noticed this chimney needed re-pointing. The customer will no longer need to worry about insects or damp penetrating the brickwork anymore.
Another bathroom project from my time with AGS Gas Ltd, this time in Sambourne. Andrew, the carpenter on site, had done an incredible job reviving the Elm flooring which was hundreds of years old. The modern bathroom sat nicely in the room with a freestanding bath, a recessed shower diverter valve and a niche to keep those bottles of shampoo on bringing modern luxuries to a beautiful old building.
